Our rental space is thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and inviting environment for individuals seeking a well-equipped area. Bathed in natural light, it ensures a bright and pleasant atmosphere. The inclusion of fans and air conditioning guarantees optimal comfort, no matter the weather. With full-length mirrors adorning the walls, the space offers an ideal setting for various activities and practices. A conveniently located washroom is readily accessible, adding to the convenience of our rental space. Moreover, the aesthetics of the decor create a visually appealing ambiance, promoting a positive and inspiring atmosphere for personal pursuits, workshops, classes, and other individual endeavors.
ETHICS AND DECORUM
All renters are expected to adhere to the following ethics and decorum guidelines while using
PRANAH's event space:

Maintain a clean and tidy environment.

Respect neighbouring tenants and visitors.

Abide by local laws and regulations.

Use of the space for illegal or unethical activities is strictly prohibited.

Noise levels should be reasonable to avoid disturbances.
Advance Payment: To secure a booking, renters are required to make an advance payment of 50 percent of the total rental fee. The advance payment is non-refundable.

Deposit Amount: A refundable security deposit of 10 percent is required. This deposit will be returned within 2-3 days after the event if no damages or violations of the rental policy have occurred.

Cancellation of Booking: Renters may cancel a booking up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled event. In such cases, the advance payment will remain with PRANAH. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.

Urgent Booking on Availability: PRANAH may consider urgent booking requests based on availability. Urgent bookings may require full payment upfront.
Terms and Conditions :

Renters are responsible for any damages caused to PRANAH's property during the event.

Smoking and the use of open flames are strictly prohibited within the premises.

PRANAH reserves the right to refuse service or cancel a booking for any reason, including violations of space ethics or decorum.

Alcohol consumption may be permitted with prior approval, subject to local regulations.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this policy or the rental of PRANAH's event space shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as per the laws of the jurisdiction in which PRANAH operates.
Amendments and Updates
PRANAH reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time. Updated policies will be made available on our website, and renters will be notified of any significant changes.
